Kelly is an Integrative Wellness Facilitator and Holistic Health Coach who blends nutrition with a deep understanding of the nervous system and energy work. As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and Quantum Touch Practitioner, she brings a rare, whole-person lens to how you eat, rest and feel — always meeting you with warmth and zero judgment.
